The Muse team has had deep passions with two of the most popular traditional menu creations since childhood memory: Thai and Sushi, which laid the foundation of this themed supreme restaurant. Our Award winning Authentic Thai food isn't about simplicity. It's about the juggling of five fundamental taste senses (hot and spicy, sour, sweet, salty, and sometimes bitter) in every each dish to create a harmonious balance finish. Muse Thai Bistro selections are known for its enthusiastic use of fresh herbs and spices that includes Kaffa Lime Leaf, Thai Basil, Galanga, Ginger, Tamarind, Lemongrass and many more. These key ingredients are commonly consumed by many interested in recovering from ill health or specific health conditions or by those interested in optimizing their already good state of health. Our Japanese Cuisine features authentic traditional Tempura, Ramen Noodles and Japanese Tapas. Our Sushi Bar serves up traditional sushi and sashimi favorites along with a wide variety of Maki (rolls) and Temaki (Hand rolls). Our Master chefs likes to get very creative, so Omakase (Chef Choice) requests are welcome.
